The rental fee is $1750 per room or $3500 for the entire place. Rent is paid monthly.
This historic townhouse was fully renovated in 2022, and we have set it up to be your temporary home. My wife and I live on the second floor; we both work most of the time from home. We speak Spanish, English and Mandarin
